About · Dariusz Utracki

I help B2B SaaS founders fix the hairy parts of go-to-market.

A B2B growth expert with 10+ years across digital marketing, demand generation, ABM, and revenue operations — built inside software companies, B2B services, and media. I run digitaly.site as a one-person consultancy: five services, five clients at a time, deals done in weeks. When a job needs a deep specialist, I bring in someone I've worked with before — and you approve the name.

The story · in four parts

Why this isn't
another agency.

№ 01 Chapter

What I do

I get called when the founder is still running every sales call, the CRM is folklore, the board wants metrics, or outbound is dead. The five services on the home page exist because each one solves a problem I've had to solve myself — more than once, for more than one company — before I could write the playbook.

№ 02 Chapter

How I got here

More than a decade in digital marketing and sales for software and B2B companies. I led digital, branding, and demand generation at Exlabs, a custom software firm, running ABM and multi-channel programs across the UK, EMEA, the Middle East (UAE, Qatar), and ASEAN. Before that I ran a digital marketing team and an eight-figure PLN budget at Nazwa.pl, managed product and B2B marketing across Wirtualna Polska's brands, and cut my teeth running LinkedIn and demand-gen campaigns for the likes of Comarch, Asseco, and PwC. I started DIGITALY in 2023 because most teams don't need another agency — they need someone who's done the job and will do it again, scoped tightly, with a real deadline.

№ 03 Chapter

Why this is a one-person company

It's deliberate. Agencies grow by adding seats; consultancies grow by raising rates. I do neither. DIGITALY caps at five active clients so the senior person on the work is also the person doing it. When a job needs a deep specialist — a designer for the board deck, an SDR to run the outbound pilot, a fractional CFO for the financial model — I bring in someone I've worked with and trust. You see the name. You approve the name. They sign the same NDA I do.

№ 04 Chapter

What I don't do

I don't sell tools. I take no affiliate commissions. I don't ghostwrite agency proposals. I won't run paid media on someone else's behalf as a black box. And I won't take a project that's a bad fit just because the cheque cleared — the readiness phase of the ABM service exists exactly for this, and I've talked more clients out of starting it than into it.

How I operate

Five operating
principles. Non-
negotiable.

  1. 01

    Outcomes, not hours

Every service ships a defined deliverable on a defined date. If we slip, the slip is mine — not the client's invoice.

  2. 02

    Founder in the room

You stay close to the work. I write the playbook with you, not for you. The asset is no good if it doesn't survive contact with your team.

  3. 03

    Honest first, polite second

If the readiness numbers don't add up, I tell you before we start. If a service won't fit your stage, I send you to the one that does.

  4. 04

    Five clients, hard cap

Senior attention is the actual product. Scaling the consultancy past five concurrent clients would dilute it. So we don't.

  5. 05

    You own everything

Assets, code, dashboards, playbooks, decks — your name on them, your repo, your account. No vendor lock-in to me as a person.

The network

One operator.
A network of specialists.

When a project needs hands I don't have — a designer, an SDR, a developer, a copywriter — I bring in someone vetted, named, and approved by you up front. Same NDA, same standard, same accountability.

The network grows slowly and only on referral. Most members I've worked with for years on previous engagements before they joined.

01

Senior SDR (outbound pilot lead)

Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead — campaign execution

02

Brand & deck designer

Investor decks, landing pages, sales collateral

03

RevOps developer

HubSpot custom objects, Make/Zapier, n8n

04

Data analyst (financial modelling)

Stripe + CRM reconciliation, cohort analysis

05

Copywriter (B2B SaaS native English)

Outbound sequences, landing pages, product copy

06

Fractional CFO partner

FP&A, board-pack accounting layer
